Our assisted muscle release technique is a unique method of removing muscle and joint pain by relieving muscle tightness through autogenic inhibition, thereby forcing the muscle to release and lengthen.

We train our clients to maintain and prevent further injury through stretching and specialized techniques in rumble rolling and beastie ball integration, as a form of healing through self massage.
